Is Bitvise secure?

Is Bitvise better than PuTTY?
The interface of Bitvise is user-friendly so you will not have to deal with any sort of problems if you have the basic knowledge of operating the computer. Can you use Bitvise on a Mac?
Bitvise SSH Client is not available for Mac but there are plenty of alternatives that runs on macOS with similar functionality. The best Mac alternative is Hyper, which is both free and Open Source.
Is PuTTY safe to download?
