Alcohol — Events Storage, possession, and use of alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the university campus or other university property unless prior application has been made to and approval has been granted by the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs.

UNLV offers a full array of evening and weekend classes for non-traditional students, many of whom take classes at night in order to accommodate daytime jobs. Courses are offered at the UNLV campus, as well as in Henderson, downtown Las Vegas, and at Nellis Air Force Base.

What happens if you fail a class at UNLV?
Courses that are initially taken at UNLV must be repeated at UNLV in order to have the initial grade removed from the computation of the GPA. If you do not drop the course, you will receive an “F” for that class. Failure to attend class or pay for a class does not constitute a withdrawal or a drop.
