What is a pen package?
Penitentiary Packets, also known as Pen-Packets are the paperwork required when a person receives a sentence to Texas Department of Corrections (TDC) for a crime committed in Comal County. After a person is convicted and sentenced to prison, these packets have to be completed and sent off to TDC.
