What is Osiis?
The Oklahoma State Immunization Information System (OSIIS) is a confidential, comprehensive database of immunizations administered to. Oklahomans by participating providers. Obtaining user access to OSIIS will provide the site access to immunization information for any person entered into OSIIS.
